Dallas Baptist held on to No. 1, while Minnesota State climbed to No. 2 after securing a share of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference title.
Cedarville made the biggest jump, rising eight spots to No. 17 after setting a Division II shutout record.
As of Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, the latest Division II women’s national rankings are National Poll 10 of the IWSOC Coaches Poll in partnership with United Soccer Coaches, released Tuesday, Nov. 3.
The poll lists Nov. 1 as its games cutoff. Minnesota State’s published 16-1-2 record, however, matches its record after a Nov. 2 tournament win; it finished the regular season 15-1-2.
The rankings list are the latest published records.
Minnesota State broke open a scoreless match to beat St. Cloud State 4-2 on Oct. 29. The Mavericks scored four times after the break, with Amara Smith finding the net twice. Meghan Sullivan added a goal and an assist, including a long-range strike that put Minnesota State up 3-0.
St. Cloud State scored twice in quick succession to cut the deficit to 3-2, but Smith’s second goal settled the match. The win secured Minnesota State a share of its ninth NSIC regular-season title with UMary and the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament.
Cedarville's jump to No. 17 came after a historic finish to its regular season. The Yellow Jackets beat Ashland 2-0 on Oct. 27 to claim the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) regular-season title.
Seren Johnson scored in the sixth minute and Sophie Weiler added her first career goal for Cedarville in the 62nd. Goalkeeper Anna Taylor made four saves as Cedarville recorded its 16th consecutive shutout, breaking the previous Division II record of 15.
Taylor was named G-MAC Goalkeeper of the Year on Nov. 5. At the time of the awards announcement, she was tied for the Division II national lead with 15 shutouts and had a 0.18 goals-against average. Those figures preceded Cedarville’s semifinal match later that day.
Slippery Rock also earned its place in the poll after a strong finish in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West. The Rock beat Indiana University of Pennsylvania 2-0 on Oct. 28 to clinch its second straight division title and extend its unbeaten streak to 10 games.
Lilia Battalini opened the scoring in the 34th minute, and freshman Jilly Deivert added the insurance goal in the 65th. Goalkeeper Leah Allman made three saves for the shutout.
Florida Tech dropped one place to No. 3, but closed its regular season with a 1-0 win over Tampa on Oct. 30. Rio Naganawa scored the only goal in the 43rd minute, earning the Panthers the No. 3 seed in the Sunshine State Conference tournament.
West Chester was listed at No. 15 in the Nov. 3 poll after finishing the regular season 13-2-1. The Golden Rams beat Shippensburg 2-0 on Oct. 24 before losing 1-0 to No. 4 Kutztown on Oct. 28, with Carly Louey scoring the winner in the 81st minute. Although Poll 10 lists West Chester’s previous ranking as NR, the program’s earlier game reports show it was nationally ranked during the season.
Washburn also returned to the Top 25 at No. 21 after receiving votes the previous week. The Ichabods advanced to the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association semifinals with a 1-0 win over Northeastern State on Nov. 1.
Haley Thomsen scored at 74:04, in the 75th minute, while Washburn finished with a commanding 34-2 advantage in shots. Northeastern State goalkeeper Juliette Langlet made 11 saves to keep the game close.
Meanwhile, North Georgia climbed to No. 10, Regis moved to No. 14 and Point Loma Nazarene rose to No. 20. Lee moved up to No. 8, switching places with Missouri-St. Louis at No. 9. McKendree, Slippery Rock and Thomas Jefferson were listed at No. 22, No. 23 and No. 25, respectively, after appearing as NR or RV in the previous-ranking column.
Postseason update — Nov. 6: Cedarville extended its Division II record to 17 consecutive shutouts with a 1-0 win over Thomas More on Nov. 5, improving to 14-1-4.
The Yellow Jackets will face Ashland in the G-MAC final on Saturday, Nov. 7. Minnesota State advanced to the NSIC semifinals with a 3-0 win over St. Cloud State on Nov. 2 and is scheduled to host Northern State on Nov. 6. West Chester advanced past Seton Hill on penalties after a 0-0 draw on Nov. 3 and is scheduled to face Slippery Rock in the PSAC semifinals on Nov. 6. Washburn is scheduled to face Emporia State in the MIAA semifinals on Nov. 6. These developments are separate from the Nov. 3 rankings.
