FIH-approved FIKAGear Hockey5s boards available for rent via FAN Sports Solutions

Clubs, high schools, colleges, and field hockey organizations may start renting the Hockey5s boards.

FAN Sports Solutions is now renting two sets of FIH-approved FIKAGear Hockey5s boards.

The first 10 programs or organizations to book their rentals by the end of July will receive a one-time 20 percent discount.

Bookings are made on Calendly. Once booked, the renter will receive an email confirmation, renter’s policy, and estimated charges.

Hockey5s is a new format of field hockey that is growing globally.

And, to serve the field hockey community in the United States, FAN Sports Solutions, a sister organization to Female Athlete News, was created.

Rental Pricing and Event Services

All rentals are billed in three-hour increments and do not include separate setup or tear-down time. Setup and tear-down will occur within the rental window and may require up to 30 additional minutes before and after use or the event.

Boards must be returned in nearly the same condition as when delivered. One set is 1000 × 200 to 250 mm × 250 mm (length × breadth × height).

Clinics, games, training, physical education class

Foundation Access (Up to 3 Hours): $225 per set

Performance Session (Up to 6 Hours): $390 per set

Elite Training Block (Up to 9 Hours): $495 per set

Full Field Activation (Full Day, automatic for long-distance rentals): $1,200 per set

Multi-Day Tournament

Two-Day Tournament: $2,300 per set

Three-Day Tournament: $3,300 per set

Mobile Training Deployment

IRS gas rate of .76 cents per mile

Regional (0–75 miles): IRS rate 

Extended (76–200 miles): IRS rate, plus $150

Long Distance (200+ miles): TBD based upon current gas rates

Long Distance Policy

Requires minimum two (2) or three (3) consecutive rental days

No single-day rentals for long-distance travel over 200 miles

Key Operational Terms

All booking blocks are consecutive and non-splittable

First-come, first-served scheduling system

Maximum 3 rental days per organization per month

Standardized pricing applied equally to all clients

No personal-use rentals permitted

Deposit Invoice, plus required signature, will be emailed after booking

48 hours before booking, the remainder of the invoice is due
