U-21 squad competing in 2025 FIH Junior World Cup has international, college experience: USA Field Hockey

USA Field Hockey announced its competing roster for the 2025 FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup earlier this week.
“This group brings a strong blend of experience and youth,” U.S. U-21 Women’s National Team Head Coach Ange Bradley said. “Each athlete’s strengths complementing another’s gaps. Our challenge now is how quickly we can become united after the NCAA season, making our connection and collective play our greatest strength. Together, we will bravely represent the USA with pride, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of a top eight finish.”
The athlete selected have either international experience or a combination of college and international experience. Nine played in the 2024 Pan American games, including, Mia Abello, Olivia Bent-Cole, Maci Bradford, Josie Hollamon, Alyssa Klebasko, Dani Mendez, Ava Moore, Mia Karine Myklebust, and Mia Schoenbeck.
Nine also competed at the recent 2025 Junior Pan American Games in August in Asunción, Paraguay. Four athletes from JPAC—Bradford, Klebasko, Moore, and Myklebust—in addition to Ella Beach, Madison Beach, Sofia Ferri, Lauren Masters, and Alaina McVeigh.
The team went home with a silver medal after falling to Argentina in the final.
Four of the athletes competed at the 2023 Junior World Cup: Abello, Bent-Cole, Hollamon, and Mendez. Additionally, Reese D’Ariano, Hollamon, and Schoenbeck competed on the senior USWNT roster at the 2025 Pan American Cup this past July, where team USA qualified for the 2026 World Cup.
The Junior World Cup is set to take place December 1 to 13, 2025 at the National Stadium Sports Park in Santiago, Chile.
