District 11 field hockey tournament round one schedules: Pennsylvania
The District 11 postseason gets started today.
The regular Pennsylvania high school field hockey season has officially ended, and the District postseason is underway.
We have compiled the final team standings and the first-round matchups. Please note that a handful of higher-seeded teams have secured a bye and will advance directly to the quarterfinals.
The following District 11 teams are competing in the postseason tournament.
October 22
Class 1A first round
No. 5 Palisades at No. 4 Palmerton, 6 p.m.
No. 6 Catasauqua at No. 3 Pen Argyl, 3:30 p.m.

Class 2A first round
No. 4 Pocono Mountain East vs No. 1 Salisbury, at Catasauqua, 6 p.m.
No. 3 Bangor at No. 2 Southern Lehigh, at Catasauqua, 4 p.m.

Class 3A
No. 8 Freedom at No. 1 Emmaus, 5 p.m.
No. 5 Nazareth at No. 4 Northampton, 7 p.m.
