Top four high school field hockey programs by PIAA district the week of Oct. 6: rankings

As the 2025 Fall Pennsylvania high school field hockey regular season draws to a close, five Pennsylvania high school field hockey teams remain unbeaten.

Downingtown West snapped the Emmaus field hockey team’s undefeated streak with a 2-1 overtime victory this past weekend.

There are a few regular season games that remain to be played on schedules, followed by conference matches, districts, and then states.

The five teams that remain undefeated are:

Avon Grove: Nine shutouts and only five goals allowed

Lancaster Country Day School: Nine shutouts and seven goals allowed

Palmyra: Seven shutouts and eight goals allowed

Salisbury Township: 11 shutouts and has conceded six goals

Susquehannock: 10 shutouts and has conceded five goals

These teams are ones to watch in the postseason.
